Plain answers to the questions we get most often. If something’s missing, email contact@visaready.ai and we’ll add it.
Is this allowed?
Is VisaReady allowed by TLSContact?+
VisaReady runs in your own browser, in your own session, on your own account. It clicks the same buttons a human could click — just faster. We do not bypass rate limits, scrape from our servers, or use your account for anything other than booking your own appointment.
Will my TLS account get banned?+
No. Your browser scans every 5 minutes — exactly within TLS’s published rate limit. We never poll faster from your account. The whole point of the network is that everyone’s 5-minute scans, staggered, add up to second-level coverage without anyone exceeding the limit.
What about the French consulate or government — do they object?+
VisaReady is between you and TLSContact (the appointment scheduler). The consulate processes your visa once you’re booked — they have no view into how you got the slot, and the appointment is identical to one a human booked manually.
Pricing & refunds
What if you never find me a slot?+
The £29 success fee never charges. You owe nothing — we keep scanning until you cancel or successfully book.
What if a slot opens but TLS doesn't accept the booking?+
When slots release, dozens of applicants race for them. We deliver the fastest possible booking attempt; TLS picks the winner. Failed attempts cost £0 — your browser keeps scanning.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes — from the extension popup. We stop scanning immediately. No charges happen unless we’ve booked a slot for you.
What if TLS cancels the slot you booked?+
We refund the £29 if TLS voids the booking within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, the slot is yours and the success fee stands.
Security & privacy
Do you see my TLSContact password?+
No. Your password is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, stored only in your browser’s local storage. It’s decrypted in-memory inside your browser when needed for auto-login. Our servers cannot see it, decrypt it, or recover it.
What data do you store on your servers?+
Your email, country pool, scan schedule offset, payment status, and an anonymised user ID. We never store your TLS password, your application details, or your appointment date.
Do other VisaReady users see my information?+
No. Only anonymised slot availability is broadcast across the network — never your name, application, or appointment. Members race for slots; they never see each other.
Practicalities
Does my computer need to be on 24/7?+
No. Your browser scans only while Chrome is open. The more members in your pool, the less your individual uptime matters — with a few dozen active scanners, the network keeps watching even when you’re asleep.
Which browsers are supported?+
Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc) on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Firefox and Safari are not supported today.
Which countries / centres do you support?+
Today: London → France. Coming next: UK → Germany, UK → Belgium, UK → Netherlands, UK → US (B1/B2). Email us if you want to be notified about a specific route.
Can I use VisaReady for multiple applicants in my family?+
Yes — install on each person’s browser, sign each into their own TLS account. Each is treated as a separate member. The £29 success fee applies per booking.
